Felt that the hotel was not clean because there were cockroaches in the room

There is a cockroach on the table where the drinking water is. Attached are photos of the cockroach while it was still alive and after it was doused with hot water.

Would stay there again!
The staff were really friendly and tried to meet all our needs. The bed was very comfortable and the desk was adequate for working on. Shower worked well.
Had to pay to hire a second pillow! That was unexpected.
