If the website does not work for you, the phone line does everything the website does.

We want everyone to be able to find and book a room withCallstay. We build the website to work with a keyboard, with screen readers, at high zoom and with reduced motion, following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as our reference. We have not had the site independently audited against a conformance level and do not claim one; where a page falls short, we would rather hear about it and fix it than describe it.
Every step of a booking can be done by calling(888) 789-8585: searching, hearing the options, holding a room, paying by a link sent to your phone or email, changing and cancelling. If any part of the website is a barrier for you, call, and we do it with you. The line is answered by an AI assistant that speaks English and Spanish, and you can ask for a person. If you use a relay service, it works with our line.
If something on the site does not work with your assistive technology, or is hard to read or operate, email [email protected] with the page and what happened, or call us. We answer within five business days and we fix what we can. In the meantime we book by phone.
Whether a property has step-free access, an accessible room, a roll-in shower, a hearing-loop, or allows a service animal is the property’s information and the property’s responsibility. We show what the property and our supplier tell us, and we do not inspect it.
If you need a particular room or facility, tell us when you book so we can ask for it, and confirm it with the property directly before you travel; an accessible room is often held only when the property has been asked in its own system. If a property fails to provide what it confirmed, tell the front desk first and then us, and we will take it up with the property and the supplier.
