All rooms are nonsmoking. If you wish to have meals, please make a reservation with the meal plan. Advance reservations are required for meals. You cannot choose where to eat. Meals will be served at a Japanese restaurant. If you wish to dine with another group, please notify the facility at the time of reservation. If you do not inform us, we may arrange separate tables for you. Changes to the meal content cannot be accepted(such as allergies or vegetarian requirements). Guests with children must inform us at the time of reservation. Please indicate the number of children and their ages in the Special Requests box; children 2 years and older are included in the number of guests. Please contact the facility for details. Public shuttle buses run from Hakone-Yumoto Station to each ryokan (charges apply, cash only).Guests must check in by 17:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests checking in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. A deposit may be required at the property.
