チェックアウト時にフロントに誰も居られなかったので鍵だけ置いて出ましたが、ご挨拶出来なかったのがちょっと気になりました。

チェックイン前の時間でも受け入れてもらい助かりました。
露天風呂でゆっくりできてレトロな温泉宿に泊まる経験ができて、とてもよかったです。
荷物運ぶ際にも、スタッフの方に配慮してもらい、とても助かりました。
居心地が良く、かなり熟睡しました。

まず箱根湯本駅の真後ろにあるのがいいです。そして足湯がある広場。ここが箱根を一望出来る最強のスポットです。所謂豪勢な旅館ではないですが、箱根を満喫したいのであればここだと思います。清掃は凄く行き届いていて、それぞれの配慮がされていて素晴らしいと思います。おかげで素敵な旅になりました。
