AnitaSILocation is great. Its in a peasefull place near the lake and rope car. Walking distance downhill, but buss also rides there. Bus station is just in front of the hotel. They also have private onsen and no need to wait.

At first it seems far but it is really near the main attraction of Hakone. Awesome nature around. A place to relax and enjoy nature.
If you like shopping and restaurant near you. This is not the place.
