杉山Japanオーナーさんの対応が素晴らしく、チェックアウトタイムも遅くして頂きました。また、施設も清潔で明るくとても素敵な時間をファミリーで共有出来ました。
特にありませんが、欲を言わせてもらえば、幹線道路から離れた立地でしたら最高です。

立地と設備が良いのは勿論のこと、オーナーの心配りが家中に溢れていて１歳なりたての赤ちゃんと、３歳の子供連れでもゆっくりと過ごせました。
BBQ、温泉とサウナを堪能して、夜は虫の音と川のせせらぎで癒され、朝は心地よい肌寒さのなか外のソファで子供とブランケットにくるまり、温かい飲み物を片手に鳥の囀りを聞きながら芦ノ湖を眺めました。
