Nunca te atiende nadie en persona, mi habitación era un horno y el ruido es muy molesto. Tiene cafetera sin café, claro, o ni un sobre de té, mejor que la quiten.

No hay personal para checkin/checkout, para entrar tienes que tocar un timbre y esperar varios minutos a que te abran la puerta via remota, proceso de facturacion lento, toda la atencion fue por medio de celular

Súper amables en recepción, sin embargo mi cama estaba como piedra y sucia con cabellos de alguien mas en las almohadas y cobijas :/ nunca salió el agua caliente.
