1. The aircon was not working well it kept going hot
And the time and we check the filters in the aircon and they were very gross full of dust the door in the bathroom to the shower wouldn’t close properly…

Room was dirty and smelly it was not clean there was mould and fleas and cockroaches beds were uncomfortable facilities were dirty. Bedding was stained. Appliances were dirty
