Reception area and reception catering was great. Staff were very friendly, nice grounds, beds and rooms were comfortable.

We stayed in the family room which was massive. Very clean and staff were great. It was an extremley busy time in Mackay but we were still able to get 4 nights here at such reasonable prices compared to everywhere else…

The quality of the tissues could be better but it's not a big problem.
