Very bad experience for staying this hotel. Even it’s non smoking floor, it’s smoking smell everywhere. Bad smoking smell in the room and also the blanket and pillows. My kids kept complaining and do not want to stay…

slow checkin, also being told to find mgr to jave sth special once we checkout later during checkin, however, nth special when we really find the mgr at the time to check out, waste my time
