Please note that for all nonrefundable reservations guests are unable to modify the guests name. Please note that the property does not accept bookings made by debit card. The credit card used for booking must be presented upon check-in. The name on the credit card must match the guest's name checking in. Guests may receive a MOP$30 cash coupon to be used in Brilliant Lake Restaurant per stay. Please note that the hotel front desk operation time is from 9 am to 6 pm. If you arrive at the hotel after 6 pm, please kindly mark down your arrival time or flight number and contact detail in the "Request Box", otherwise no room will be provided after 6 pm.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
