On the whole ok.
No breakfast supplied. Facilities were ok except for the two broken chairs that were replaced whilst we were out for the day.
There was no chopping board for use in the kitchen. Also no wine glasses supplied.

Great location, a couple mins walk to 277 / Newmarket. Comes with free parking so it is great if you're driving. There is construction nearby but even with my balcony facing the work I didn't hear anything.
