Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a (Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc) credit card. Payments of the full booking amount plus a security deposit of $100 is taken as a credit card pre-authorization before 7 days prior to arrival. The pre-authorized amount is set aside by the credit card company for a period of up to 10 working days (release times may vary, please check with the issuing financial institution). One of the standard rooms is equipped with an accessible bathroom and toilet to accommodate guests with special needs.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
