公寓環境不錯，唯不太凈潔，桌、地和椅子黏黏的，廚房有蟑螂。

去世界之窗和歡樂谷玩都好近好方便。
而且附近有就有益田購物商場, 超市, 食店, 各式的小店都有, 晚上的宵夜店更加多, 每晚孩子們都嚷著要去吃個夠！
