Nice place, good location, walking distance to the city centre.
The location was very convenient, close to restaurants and shops.
Noise of the seagulls on the roof at dawn but what can you do ? It's near the sea after all ;-)

Don't bother, waste of money
Location, right on the quay
Health and safety; couldn't open all windows and doors. Electrical items out of date pat testing. Carbon monoxide alarm had no start date so potentially out of date. Front door stiff
