We were very grateful to have a good place to base out of as we toured the area each day.
Breakfast was on our own by bringing our own food and using the very well prepared kitchen area. This was a delight!

Pretty spot and very convenient location for exploring the area by train
Up a country lane, peaceful and pretty view. An easy walk to the train station and a short ride into Exeter.
Good internet.
The bathtub was unusually deep and could do with a grab rail.

A short visit to see friends in Exeter. Top quality and immaculate accommodation. Perfect and friendly hosts who provided lots of detailed information on places to go, local attractions, walks etc.
