Room had mould in the bathroom, with pretty heavy smell. Cleaning was generally not grate, food quality likewise, staff welcoming and nice.
For the price, not unhappy, but not good by any regard other than nice staff.

All car parks cannot accommodate HGVs or large vehicles. From junction 31 of the M5 take the A30 towards Bodmin/Oakehampton. Exit onto the A377 to Exeter/Crediton. Keep left as the road forks and you will arrive at the hotel. A deposit may be required at the property.
