So disappointed

Diane is a star.
Rooms are functional and cheap. The reception staff are amazing and so helpful. Diane helped me hugely when I accidentally double booked.

Free parking
Free parking, restaurant next door. Very clean room, 10min to city centre. Quiet place. The receptionist was very friendly 😉

Great cosy hotel on the outskirts of Exeter
Had a great time staying at the hotel, the reception staff were friendly and there was ample parking space! We also enjoying an evening meal at the attached restaurant which was convenient.

Poor experience
Room was small and noisy from above. Asked for extra bath towel but never given. We were a couple but had to share the one towel. Bedding had dirty marks on. Nobody on desk most of time and buzzer never answered.

Stephan ( not sure if that’s how it’s spelt) blokes on fire short staffed but looked after everyone including my table under a lot of pressure but blokes on it , food not bad beers good nice location rooms ok

Next to the Countess Wear. A deposit may be required at the property.
