Location is OK, short drive to the beach, some restaurants nearby. Pool area is great, we really enjoyed it! The residence is gated with a security guard and cameras.

Very nice apartment, spacious and nice interior. it’s a bit far away from the main steet and Tulum beach. You need a car. The area is under construction and hopefully it will be better soon.
