國際品牌，環境及供應物品都有保證。只是員工培訓不足，部分員工態度不太友善。
門外服務生不夠專業，完全無笑容，見到有賓客不會主動開門及打招呼，這應該不是五星標準。
沒有送餐服務，只提供樓下室外外賣櫃，這配套服務未足夠。
3樓健身室及游泳池的接待處員工態度差，令住客好像受他們氣。更衣室內有乾濕桑拿，但乾的在維修中。不見有…

地點偏遠，福田口岸打車去要￥100。酒店房十分大十分靚，乾淨。今次慶祝節日，酒店有送報置及蛋糕。可惜是今次游泳池及桑拿房維修中，及因西餐廳沒有開放，但訂房時未有提及。性價比高，會再預訂
