Frank is a nice guy. When we arrived he told us there's no place for us anymore and he gives us a better room in another apartment (with a private security and swimming pool) for the same price.

Frank was so welcoming and it was a great introduction to Mexico! The room is nice and so was having use of the kitchen.
It was easy to get to Cancun centre and hotel zone but just takes a bit of time
