There was a water leaking from the wall behind the TV in the room forming a big puddle of water on the 3rd floor the first night we got there . We emailed the guy asking him to take care of it , he…

The property was close to central Tulum but you must have a car or need a taxi. We liked that there was many bathroom for the family. There is a store next door and also vendors around the area.
