The hotel was under renovations when I went there so I could not stay. When hotels.com attempted to email and call the hotel to confirm a refund with them via email and phone, they did not respond - so I may just be out…

WORST HOTEL SERVICE EVER!
After flying from brussel Airport, just wanted to do my test and sleep.
Lucky i found a new hotel

The sweat stained pillows had no covers, the walls had water damage. The room had a stale smell to it. The bathroom was dark and dingy but had excellent heated and pressured water

It was horrible experience of this so called Mirror Hotel. I had booked the hotel through Expedia and reservation was confirmed.
But when we reached to the hotel in the evening, they said there is no vacant room…
