KEIJIJapan楽しみにしていた白馬旅行でしたが、宿泊施設の清掃・設備管理が残念でした。
ペット同伴で宿泊できた点と、白馬という立地は良かったです。
浴室の排水が悪く、浴室の鍵もかかりませんでした。
また、浴室の床がヌルヌルしており、キッチンの蛍光灯の中には虫の死骸、トイレの照明にも汚れがありました。
管理者の方には状況を伝え、確認・清掃をしていただくことになりましたが、宿泊施設として清掃や設備管理が十分に行き届いていないと感じました。
