写真通りとても綺麗で清潔感のある部屋でした。
聞きたい事があったのでメールしましたがすぐに返信が来て対応が良く安心出来ました。
立地が最高で小樽の有名な観光は歩いて行けました。
次回北海道に行ける事があったら是非利用したいです！
良くなかった点はありません。
強いて言うならドライヤーの風量が弱い事だけです。

Managment charged me for a bigger room but didn’t allow to charge room or refund the money that was taken for bigger room. I stayed in same room. It’s very unusual for me to see not even having flexibility…

小樽運河も近く観光にはぴったり！
替えのトイレットペーパーが埃まみれで残念でした。
あと歯磨き粉が使い捨ての歯ブラシに付属されているものではなく、ツルハとかで売っている通常サイズが1本置いてありました。新品のフィルムのなかったので使い回し？さすがに不衛生かなと思いました。
