部屋番号・解錠番号が届かなかった（危うく宿無し）
出張で宿泊しました。
フロントがないアパートメントタイプのホテルです。部屋は広く清潔でした。また立地に関しても地下鉄の駅目の前でスーパーも目の前にあり、申し分なかったです。
しかし、宿泊に関する情報（部屋番号解錠番号）が届きませんでした。同じ日程で同ホテルを予約していた同僚の基に2部屋分の情報が届きましたので、その1つを使用することで宿泊できました。
