קרוב מאד לתחנת הרכבת, אזור המסעדות ( נאשמרקט) וחנויות מקומיות
נמצאת בקומת קרקע. לא ניתן לפתוח חלונות אך יש מיזוג ואורור
ניתן לתאם מול בעל הדירה חנייה…
