Room/services/meal were all fantastic. However, the location is quite far from the nearest bus stop. It is a challenge if you travel with big luggage. Shuttle service (certain hour) between hotel and bus stop would help…

フロント等では親切な応対で感じが良かった。サービスで実施されていた早朝のガイド散策が、団体客の都合に合わせてコースが変更されて、本来の目的地(大正池)まで行かず。朝の大正池を期待していたので、とても残念。ガイドに期待して散策ツアーに参加したが、最初から言ってもらえれば、散策ツアーに参加せずに一人でもっと朝早くに行った。結局、途中からツアーを離れて一人で大正池まで行ったが、時間を…

川側の部屋に8月に夫婦で3泊しましたが、お部屋、お食事、露天風呂付き温泉、スタッフの方々の対応も全てとても良かったです。朝食はお野菜の種類が豊富なバイキングでとてもヘルシーでした。一つだけ、ホテルの玄関が21時半に閉まることで、夜に星空を見たかった我々としては、これが残念なことでした。
