The staff were friendly and helpful, they would go out of their way to help or assist. Beds were comfy with great quilts for warmth. Good location for bars and restaurants, also short walk to slopes.

オーナーご夫婦やスタッフの方がとても親切で、施設内はとても和やかな雰囲気でした。
チェックアウトが遅れてしまいましたが、その時もとても親切に対応してくださり、感謝しています。
家族5人で滞在しましたが、なかなか5人一部屋の宿泊施設が白馬にない中で、ゆっくり過ごすことができました。
朝ごはんも美味しかったです。
ありがとうございました。

无论是老板还是员工都非常友善，不仅能到附近车站接送，还帮忙顺利解决了行李问题。
设施方面，房间足够能打开行李箱和雪板包，一楼的餐厅氛围感极好，还能24小时免费泡汤。
另外，非常惊喜的一点是，从hotel步行200米就能到免费bus R2的站点，可直达sanosaka雪场从而避开高峰期的五龙雪场！
可能是我个人的问题，会觉得床垫稍微有些偏软。
