Though, I would recommend installing blackout curtains, as a small amount of light does still enter the room. I would also note that, apparently, there is no lift to the first floor, so…

great all around location close to restaurants, public parking.
Size was perfect for a couple. And well appointed.
fountain area in front of apartment was a little dirty and trash around it. understand it is a public area…but would be nice to have it more maintained.
