nullzi tingTW工作人員十分友善，並在退宿前一天會詢問是否需要接送，也會提醒需要事先購買的車票，對交通情況清楚。英語溝通也沒問題。
往滑雪場走是一段上坡，雖然有免費接駁但座位數量不夠多，很多人扛著雪具整個小巴士很擁擠。班次也不密集。扛著雪具走10分鐘上坡是會蠻累的。離超商要走20分鐘。生活機能礙於先天限制，主要還是以滑雪為主。
房間，澡堂，食堂乾淨整潔。
有免費的洗衣機使用還有洗衣粉。烘衣機只有一台就比較少。
早餐豐盛美味。菜色每天還是會有一些變化。
