We had a lovely time in Zermatt with great accommodation.
The property was in a good location. It was close to the train station and shops.
The stairs. The washing facilities were unclear, there were no instructions in English.

We had great stay (ignoring the stairs). The location is really great.
The location is superb. It is 1 min from the big coop supermarket, 3 min walking from the Zermatt train station.
Our room was on the top level. You need to walk 10 sections of stair.
