For me the hotel underperformed for the amount paid. I stayed in several in Cracow that had been cheaper but better and had a balcony and are closer to everything.

I was a lovely apartment, spacious and clean. Near enough to the city so you can walk in. Also some other shops about a 10/15 minute walk away with lots of restaurants and food choices. Definitely recommend the stay…

Very good apartment close to city centre and public transportation. Quiet neighbourhood and easy to find. Even though the code didn’t work at first, we just called the customer service and they fixed it at once.
