The location was GREAT! So closed to Thames and the waterfront. The bed was SO comfortable!

Nice location. Staff friendly. Beds comfortable, very clean rooms. Nice tiled showers. (Whirlpool Bathtubs a bit dated but clean).

Broken handles on tp holder, no hot water for tub…

The property overseers tried to induced us to accept a poorer quality room by promising us a larger bed. I did not appreciate this, especially after viewing the alternate rooms in terrible-looking alternate properties.

The house is old! But it was clean and everything was there. Location is within walking distance of everything.
