JasonUnited StatesOverpriced
Staff was friendly.
Hotel was not clean, bathroom looked like it was cleaned in awhile as it had mold growing. No wifi, they blamed it on base but our starlink worked just fine. They probably should look into better…

Pavimento sporco e pieno di polvere, cosi come i mobili e le sedie. I letti non sono male

DylanUnited StatesGood budget option for Newport Fest goers
Came for Newport Folk Fest and this was a totally passable home base for the festival weekend. It's a motel! Just what we needed. Nothing nasty or bad, just simple and outdated. Whatever! Totally fine :)
Bad wifi, bad…
HammUnited StatesThe location is great 👍
There was a large party with loud music going on next door. It was quite nosy.
DouglasUnited StatesThe Inn, (with retro fridge!) is perfectly situated to downtown Newport and the Wharf area.
Location was perfect for our sighting seeing needs!
