Maintenance work of the White Hills Resort Sharm El Sheikh Upgrading main swimming pool (Insula) will be carried out from 10/01/26 to 28/02/26. Renovation work is taking place from 8h00 to 18h00 daily. Guests may experience some noise disturbances from 8h00 to 18h00 in the 1st week only. Please note that the alternative for our guest will be Sunrise Pool 1, 2 and Oasis Pool will be available for use by all guests, including children, throughout the renovation period. Please note that the Work Area will be protected and covered.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
