For Non-Refundable bookings, guests will receive Payment Gate-Way link via email to process full payment. When booking 5 rooms or more, additional supplements may apply. Bookings will be Non-Refundable and the full amount of the stay will be charged anytime. For bookings of 5 nights or more, the full amount for the entire length of stay will be charged at check-in. No refund or credit will be issued in the event of an early departure.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
