第一晚冷氣機漏水，房東第二天早上馬上來修理，還買了早餐和飲料賠罪，令人非常感動。唯一缺點就是沒有電梯，需要自己搬行李上樓。下次還會來這裡住！

숙소 선정시, 방하나에 같이 묵으며 화장실도 딸려 있는 방을 서치하였습니다. 웰컴은 제가 원하는 조건에 맞는 숙소였어요. 부산역에서도 가깝고.
부산역에서 많이 걷진 않아요, 그런데 처음부터 부산역 앞에서 길을 건너서 가는게 편합니다.안건너고 초량역으로 가서 건너려고 하면 숙소 바로 앞에는 건널목이 없어서 초량역(지하철)을 통해서 건너던가, 조금 더 걸어가서 건널목으로 건너서 조금 돌아서…

모기 몇마리 빼곤 다좋았네요~~특히 욕실수압~~늦게 들어가잠만자서 다른서비스를 받지못했지만
부산역 가깝고 1박하기에 딱좋은숙소.

위에 층에 사람이 올라가면 아래층 사람이 약간 불안함을 느끼네요.
위에 층에서 잤을때 약간 추웠어요.
