전망도 좋았음.
키를 에레베이터에 갖다대면 숙박하는 층수가 자동으로 셋팅되는데
셋팅되지 않아 세번이나 직원과 씨름했고
프론트가 아닌 사무실에 가서야 해결함.
룸을 안내하는 직원이 없어 룸의 사용법을 알기위해 룸서비스를 불렀는데
호출한 후10분 정도를 지나서야 룸에 와서 사용법을 설명해줌.
해운대에서 가장 비싼 호텔치고는
서비스가 많이 부족해 다시는 가고
