沒有提供洗髮乳沐浴乳（雖然櫃檯服務人員熱情分享給我了）、上下舖的床架樓梯不好踩、床架會發出聲音，以及隔壁餐館的吵雜聲（但10點多就安靜了）

A full nonrefundable prepayment is required for bookings over bank holiday weekends and with large festivals in town such as One Love, Bay Dreams and Jazz Festival.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
