WeiTW小家庭入住提醒：強烈建議訂房前，先確認同期房客是否為大組家庭團客，否則住宿氛圍會變得很像誤闖民宅，公共區域的使用體驗也較為不便。
適合包棟、有停車位
抵達民宿時，已有大組家庭團客入住，佔滿整個一樓公共空間，讓非該團體的散客根本無法使用共用設施。
這類情況房東應考慮以包棟方式接單，或至少在訂房時主動告知散客可能受到的干擾。因事先未獲任何說明，導致入住後感受很差，與預期落差大。
