沛玹TW飯店設施不錯，早餐食材還可以
飯店活動很多，一樓人員服務很好

吳TW位於台東市中心，前往附近景點、夜市都很方便；飯店一整天都有活動可以參加，即使下雨沒出門也不會無聊；早餐品項豐富，有DIY鬆餅機，小孩很喜歡。
SPA池部分設施損壞，沒能使用很可惜。

孩子們在桌球、撞球和游泳池玩得非常盡興。
有下午茶的安排非常好。
服務人員態度好。
有去使用三溫暖和SPA池，但幾乎一半的設施是故障的，有些失望
之後有去跟B1櫃台反映設備壞的部分，但服務人員有點不知所措，感覺員工訓練不足
另外，8/25早上有去詢問租借腳踏車，但因為"可能會"下雨，服務人員說無法租借，所以請我去借youbike，我也接受
