I liked how helpful the staff were and how clean and comfortable the room was. Also, the central location meant it was easy to walk to the theatre and cafes.
The facility is a bit tired but it's a grand old hotel.

The location was not good, there were some issues with the car park, lighting, toilet block, and no telephone. There was also no water in the jar for coffee, and the car park was difficult to access at night.
