The location is awesome (i would say it's definitely more montrose than midtown, however). Great for walking to restaurants and night clubs. The apartment feels very secure and safe, as well.

Everything! The location, facilities, and host were great.
No covered parking and it was confusing finding the apartment at first bc the building right next to looks exactly the same.
