Good locationAffordable price
CalebUnited StatesPretty good place on a budget, close to 249 and the mall.
I was surprised at how accommodating the staff was, very friendly.
Too many dogs from other guests. They would bark as you walked down the hall.
BrianaUnited StatesI was uncomfortable and paranoid the whole time.
The price was fair
The room was filthy. There were roaches and the bathroom smelled. The bed is super rickety and noisy. There is a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot and outside the hotel.

That it's nothing I didn't like
SamuelUnited StatesEverything that looks good is not good.
The staff was pleasant.
This property should be taken down from the list of hotels, their operating as an apartment. The front desk clerk said that you have to pay for fresh towels even though you're staying in the hotel…
DustinUnited StatesI stayed for maybe an hour before I had to cancel my reservation. The place was absolutely horrible.
Nothing. One of the worst hotels I’ve see.
Room was dirty, roaches crawling, microwave didn’t work, tv didn’t work, shower was coming apart, smelled awful, other guest yelling late at night.

Cleanliness, indoor rooms, space
Mattress a bit tough, but a couple extra blankets made it work.

What we’d check for you here
- That the step-free room is actually free on your dates, and whether it is a roll-in shower or a bath, which the listing never says.
- The pet fee and any size limit, which is where these bookings usually come apart.
- Whether there is room for a pickup, a trailer or a van, not just a car.
- Whether the rate moves for your dates, and what it includes.
- What the property actually charges at the desk on top of the rate.
Questions about WoodSpring Suites Houston Willowbrook
What time is check-in and check-out at WoodSpring Suites Houston Willowbrook?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 PM. If you're arriving late, tell us and we'll ask the property to hold the room.
Does WoodSpring Suites Houston Willowbrook allow pets?
No — the property states that pets are not allowed.
Is there parking at WoodSpring Suites Houston Willowbrook?
Yes — the property states that parking on site is free. Whether a space can be reserved in advance varies, so we check it against your dates.
Does WoodSpring Suites Houston Willowbrook have Wi-Fi?
Yes — internet access is listed among the property's facilities.
Does WoodSpring Suites Houston Willowbrook have wheelchair accessible rooms?
The property lists step-free or accessible facilities. That flag is the one least able to settle the question: a hotel can carry it and still have a step at the entrance, or a bath rather than a roll-in shower, and it does not say whether the accessible room is free on your dates. Tell us what you need and we'll ask the property directly rather than reading you the flag.
How do I book WoodSpring Suites Houston Willowbrook?
Put your dates in above and book online, or call (888) 789-8585 and we'll do it for you — including things a booking form can't handle, like a block of rooms, a monthly rate or an invoice for your employer.
