Please inform The Rooftop by G Estate in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of THB 12000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a late check-in after 18:00 hrs. are subject to an additional fee. Please contact the property for more information. Please be informed that the rates are inclusive of the following services: • Cleaning 1 time per week (Additional cleaning services may be requested for an extra charge) • Maintenance of the swimming pool and garden • Drinking water and water usage fees • Towels and bed linen Please note that the room does not include electricity usage. Electricity charge of 5 baht per unit. The property requires a prepayment via PayPal. Guests will receive a direct email from the property within 48 hours of booking with the PayPal link.
