Room rates include: - Daily maid service. Bed linen is changed every 3 nights. - Night security. - 2 bottles of drinking water per person per day. - Toiletries set with soap and shampoo. An early check-in and late check-out can be arranged (subject to availability) upon request for an additional charge. Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. All check in and check out process are to be performed at Casabay office. Kindly note In the event of late arrival after 6:00pm our security guard will assist you to open and have you settle in the villa that you booked. The next morning our staff will be with you as from 9:45am for the check- in procedure . If you have any question you may contact our reservation team at 076363250.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
