It’s a quirky little place well located with great view.
Very creaky floor upstairs which makes it difficult if children trying to sleep downstairs.
Decor could do with a refresh but it’s perfectly pleasant.

Well equipped kitchen and all crockery and cutlery was clean on arrival.
You could operate the heating easily.
Didn’t use the laundry room but that’s a bonus !

Loved our stay . Comfortable and with everything we needed . Beautiful barn conversion and ideal spot for travelling around the Lakes .
The only thing we had problems with were wasps as there appeared to be a nest nearby…
