Property is tired but very clean.
Shower is excellent. Easy to park and unload luggage.
Very handy to walk into town on the level.
Windows could do with cleaning on the outside and vertical blinds need replacing…

Ideal location, value for money, brilliant shower.
Very close to town and harbour.
Shower water pressure was superb.
Could have done with just a touch modernising, but really good value for what we paid for it.

Everything looks very old The sofa and chairs have obviously been there a long time as the plastic cover is peeling off. Screws sticking out of the carpet edging…
