It suited our needs for a short stay
The property is very close to the centre of Dartmouth and it was very quiet
Just because we are of an older generation, the uneven floors were a challenge which I doubt would worry anyone else

Only problem that can foresee - it might be a bit cold when winter weather is really bad because the heating may struggle
